The investigators also evaluated the efficacy of Arnica Gel as better
than that of ibuprofen gel.

Hyaluronic
acid, or HA for short, occurs naturally in the human body and performs
some very important functions. It lubricates joints and muscles for
example, moisturises eyes, and the fluid that surrounds a baby in
the womb is also rich in HA. But, interestingly, 50% of the body’s
HA is in the human skin, where it is known as ‘nature’s
moisturiser’. Experts think HA is able to bind up to 1000 times
its own weight of water.

could help stimulate the body’s production of hyaluronic acid.
